Jane Doe v. Enterprise Rent-A-Car - $1,000,000

Our client was northbound on A1A on her way home from Patrick Air Force Base where she worked. As she approached the area where A1A splits into two north bound lanes divided, a foreign driver of a rental car unfamiliar with the area turned suddenly south onto A1A in the northbound lane.

Our client was struck head on and suffered severe injuries that left her totally disabled. The driver had no insurance, did not have a driver’s license in the United States and after the accident, returned to his country never to be seen or heard from again. The rental car company denied responsibility and forced us to file a lawsuit. One the eve of the trial, the case settled for $1,000,000.00
